Russell reached the pinnacle of the American dream and made his parents and grandparents proud when he was elected to the Pennsylvania Supreme court. He grew up in South Philadelphia and graduated Southern High School, earned a Bachelors degree at Temple University and graduated Rutgers University Sholl of Law. Judge enhances the professional and ethical standards of Pennsylvania Court System. His goal is to make the law deserving of public trust.
