Lou Sbarra ’70

Lou Sbarra ’70 suffered a knee injury in his sophomore year which kept him off the football team, but he was still able to play baseball. Lou was a three year letterman in baseball, two years as varsity starting short-stop. He played on the runner-up Public League Championship Team. He was 1st team All Public and was selected to play in the city baseball All-Star game in 1970. Lou holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Business Management. He is currently the Director of Finance for Atlantic Carey Health Systems. He is a partner in sports facilities in South Jersey, Past President of the Washington Township Baseball Advisory Board and was selected to be in their Hall of Fame. He is married to his lovely wife Debbie for 32 years.
